Has anyone else had this happen? I've never experienced it in a Souls game before, so I know it's not just me accidentally pressing Square. Throw your controller out of spite problems. Suffice to say, when you're going for an attack or a dodge and you suddenly take a long sip off your Estus Flask, that causes problems.
